The original barbell class that strengthens and tones your entire body to ensure you get results — fast. Using light moderate weights with lots of repetition, Body Pump gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through scientifically proven moves and techniques, pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music — helping you achieve much more than on your own.
Basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of Body Step — a full-body cardio workout to really tone your butt and thighs. You combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, push-ups and weight plate exercises to work the upper body. There are always lots of options to get you through the workout safely. We play invigorating, hit music and inject a whole lot of fun and personality along the way.
Step into a Body Combat workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Your instructor will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ!
Ideal for anyone and everyone, Body Balance is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, body and life. An inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of tai chi and pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those getting started. Pilates techniques with abdominal work, functional strength training and stretching.
A 45 minute indoor cycling class. During this high intensity nonimpact class your instructor will take you through different terrain challenging your cardiovascular fitness levels and building strength in your legs and joints.
Targeting your mid-section with functional strength exercises, muscle toning and stability work.
Combining dynamic cardio and strength drills. Boxing glove liners are compulsory for hygiene purposes
Floor work and stretching exercises, excellent for improving flexibility, balance, breathing, healing specific ailments and enlightening the spirit. Please note each yoga class will be varied according to the teacher and style.
